The first thing I thought about when I saw this dress was "Cinco de Mayo!" Yes. This dress is going to be a spring/summer staple for me because I love the print and it is so comfortable! I'm often hesitant when buying an "off-the-shoulder" dress because the sleeves restrict your arm movements and make it difficult to do simple things like driving your car! This dress is different, though; I wore it for this photoshoot and kept it on the rest of the afternoon, then put it on again the next day to wear to an event! That's how comfortable it is. Also, I love a good mini dress, but I have to say that retailers are pushing it with how high hemlines are these days, so I find myself being drawn to midi length dresses lately, which are so convenient for a tall girl like me!
I belted the dress for the photoshoot, but the next day I wore it without a belt, and it looked just as good. I'm currently packing for my trip to Paris and I know the Frenchies wear a lot of black, but I really want to bring this dress! I wonder if I would stick out?
