Look, I *love* a good punch. aka a good mocktail...whatever your vibe is!
For my wildflower-themed baby shower, one of the hostesses was in charge of the "cute beverage"...I gave her very little direction aside from "pink and non-alcoholic." She crushed it and came up with this Strawberry Lemonade Spritz that was so refreshing and perfect for a spring/summer baby shower!

I love how every little detail came out, including the edible flowers in the punch. I always tell people that I don't really recommend that they eat the flowers, but they're cute and food safe. ;)

Don't forget to create a small menu sign of some sort so guests know what the beverage is. If I'm making a cocktail punch, I'll usually include a list of specific ingredients.
Strawberry Lemonade Spritz Recipe:
- Simply Lemonade, with Strawberry, 52 fl oz
- Lime Sparkling Water
- Edible Flowers for garnish (or use lime slices, if you're not doing a floral theme!)
- Large square ice cubes, if using a beverage dispenser
The Simply Strawberry Lemonade is *sweet* and delicious on it's own, but to tone it down a bit, add the lime sparkling water for the perfect refreshing punch.
Our ratio was one Simple Lemonade to 6 cans of sparkling water.

I love the look of preset glasses full of a cute beverage, so we created a punch table, separate from the food table. Whenever I have parties at my house, people tend to gather in the kitchen, so I purposefully put the food table in the dining room, but I did leave the punch table in the kitchen. We set out 24 preset glasses, then people were welcome to use the beverage dispenser to serve themselves.

How cute is this food spread?! The shower was a Sunday afternoon from 2-4pm, so we didn't need anything too heavy or filling, so a few sweet bites and a couple savory bites were the perfect amount. I'll create a separate post with my food menu items, if you need ideas for an upcoming shower!

I love how the punch table turned out! I keep 24 inexpensive champagne flutes on-hand for special occasions like this. I bought them probably 10 years ago and have used them more times than I can count! There's something fun about using actual glassware! If you entertain a lot, having a large quantity of flutes is a great investment!
