Have you ever grown your own zucchinis? I'm a huge fan! This is my first year to have a garden since moving into our new house and I'm *obsessed.* I built my own DIY raised garden beds and DIY trellis and our garden is officially producing veggies!

Well, actually, so far our garden is only producing zucchinis...but the other veggies will be coming in soon. So far, we have harvested 9 or 10 zucchinis - they grow so fast! We've been having a hard time keeping up with them, so I decided to get creative and start using them to bake. So far, I have baked a Lemon Poppyseed Zucchini Bread and a classic plain Zucchini Bread - recipe below!
My mom said she had a Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread recipe, so I'll try that next ;) I'm baking these in small loaves to give to neighbors.
This classic recipe is great because it's not too sweet and goes well with coffee as an afternoon treat or as a breakfast bread!
