I *love* a seasonal beverage and wassail is one of my favorites! (eggnog, not so much!) This year I've been making my husband's Grandmama's recipe and it is perfection! I think this will be my go-to for years to come, so I wanted to make sure to document it and have it on the blog for easy reference.
Wassail is a warm, spiced apple cider drink that is truly hard to mess up! I've tried a few recipes over the years, but I love this one. Bonus points that it's a family recipe ;) Full recipe below!

This year, I made dried citrus to decorate with and to use as food and drink garnish, so of course I had to use it as a wassail garnish! If you missed it, here is my Dried Citrus DIY.

This recipe was a hit at our Christmas Party and since I may have gone a little overboard, it's good to know that it keeps well! Just pop it in the fridge and you can microwave by the cup to keep enjoying it.

You can see a glimpse of our kitchen shelves - here's my last kitchen update blog post with the full reveal coming in January! If you missed it, I did an epoxy treatment on the kitchen counters and it made a huge difference! Here's my epoxy blog post with links.
